About Kalyani Ramani
Smt. Kalyani Ramani is an Indian classical musician (Carnatic style). It is generally said that music runs in the family. True to this saying, Kalyani has imbibed the essence of music from her mother, Prof. R Subbalekshmi. Kalyani's foundation in music was through intensive training from her mother for several years. Like her mother, Kalyani is proficient in playing the Veena as well as in vocal music.
